Excerpt from Consequences: Crossing the Gentlemen

The cold, dreary setting resembled that of a diabolical slasher film; chains hanging from the ceiling, strange pieces of machinery filled the area. Just taking a quick glance around the place was enough to tingle one’s spine. Not a sound was made as Kato, Big Airy and Eddy awaited a response from the remaining hostage.

Head hung, nose trickling blood over his lips, lips leaking blood down his chin, Andre sat there knee deep in the shit. His hands were tied behind his back to the chair, ribs pounded out like tough meat. He told Kato and his men the truth. Andre knew nothing about the murder. All he wanted was revenge on Diamond Dallas for humiliating him, taking his girl in front of a crowd of players, belittling him like a peasant.

Kato stood there in front of him with folded arms, a fist under his chin. He never planned for the night to take such an unexpected twist yet here they were; in the ghastly confinement of Dallas’s chop shop, somewhere on a dark and secluded street in Port Arthur, Texas. Contrary to his murderous comrades, Kato tried to be a man of peace. Dollars and hoes was his claim to fame, always seen with a beauty or two on his arm and a sparkling diamond piece around his neck. But affiliation was a muthafucka. Kato fed the mouths of many and was therefore well loved and treasured. He was simply happy to be aligned with hard hitters such as Dallas and T.J.
